Roller Wash System

The Roller Wash System is perfect for washing a wide range of products, with a special design tailored for round items like melons, pineapples, tomatoes, citrus fruits, avocados, and mangoes. The live roller conveyor bed gently rotates the product as it moves forward through the wash tunnel, ensuring thorough cleaning. Products are loaded at the infeed end, where they rotate and progress through the tunnel. For added versatility, a divider can be included to allow two different products to be washed simultaneously. The system features a recirculation tank that collects and recycles water back to the wash tunnel, and an optional PAA monitor and control system can be integrated into the recirculation tank for enhanced sanitation.
