For instance, the HW3800 model offers an impressive 42-foot wash path in just 13.5 feet of space. Its gentle yet effective action makes it perfect for both leafy greens and root vegetables. These Wash Systems are available in three models—HW2600, HW3800, and HW5000—with capacities ranging from 750 to 8,000 pounds per hour. The system is engineered to separate individual product pieces, ensuring thorough contact with the wash water. Dirt settles in a “quiet” collection trough that spans the length of the wash tank, while a double-deck shaker efficiently separates fines from the finished product. The system is also designed for easy disassembly, making cleaning straightforward and convenient.
