Wedge Maestro Jr Apple Treatment System

The Wedge Maestro Jr. Apple System is a compact, efficient solution for wedging, coring, and treating fresh-cut apples. It processes up to 40 apples per minute, with cut wedges falling directly into the treatment bath and cores moving through to the waste chute. The residence time in the treatment bath can be adjusted from 45 seconds to two minutes. Optional features include a pre-wash feed trough and a discharge air knife for enhanced processing.
