Maestro Wedger – SD

The Maestro Wedger Cutting System is a high-output solution for cutting fruits and vegetables, capable of processing up to 100 pieces per minute. Its unique carousel system securely holds the product in place, making it ideal for wedging, wedge/coring, and petal cutting applications. The Maestro SD Wedge Cutting System features an adjustable loading carousel to accommodate both larger and smaller products. The product discharge can be customized to fit specific customer requirements, with options to direct the discharge chutes from the two cutting heads either to a conveyor or separate bins. The system efficiently separates cores from the finished product, discharging them through a dedicated coring tube.
