The Max Peeler provides a versatile peeling solution for a wide range of products. Operators can select a preloaded or custom “recipe” from the HMI screen tailored to the specific product being peeled. After placing the product in the peeling compartment and ensuring their hands are clear of the light curtain, the operator initiates the peeling process.

Cycle time and the number of products peeled per minute vary based on product size and the number of peeling heads (e.g., two cutting heads for watermelons). In-house testing has shown a range of 2-4 products per minute, depending on size and variety.

For further enhancements, consider discussing additional solutions such as an exit conveyor for waste, a trim table, or a dicer!
