The Max Dicer is designed to cut melon halves into perfect, randomly squared chunks, Peeled and de-seeded melon halves are placed onto an indexing conveyor, which guides them through a two-step cutting process. First, the halves are sliced into wedges, and then into chunks. The machine is easy to disassemble for cleanup or blade changes, requiring no tools.
