Online and telephone support of out of warranty products that require engineering and technical support of considerable time are subject to service charges. All support request should include the model, serial number and a description of support required. This gives our team the ablitity to pull all prints and drawing required to assist in a more timely response. Costs will be emailed at the time of request. Our General Terms and Conditions apply.
