Basket Shower Wash

The Shower Wash System is designed to seamlessly integrate with NSEP Helical Wash Systems and FP40 spin dryers, making it ideal for handling small batches and minimizing costly changeovers on larger Helical Wash Systems. By connecting to the chilled water supply from the Helical Wash, it eliminates the need for additional chillers and sanitizer systems. The system features a powerful 2 hp sanitary pump that ensures even water distribution across the entire basket through a specially designed shower head. All piping connections use sanitary 3A clamps, allowing for easy disassembly without the need for tools during cleanup. A fine mesh screen over the pump tank effectively removes fines. The Shower Wash System consists of three stations—deck, wash, and drain. Open stainless rounds facilitate the smooth sliding of baskets through the system. The shower wash pump operates for a preset duration once the start button is activated, ensuring efficient and thorough washing.
