Max Peeler
Versatile model, ideal for fast-changing production lines
The Max Peeler offers a peeling solution for a variety of products. An operator selects a preloaded or custom “recipe” from the HMI screen based on the product being peeled. The operator will then place the product in the peeling compartment, once the hands have cleared the light curtain, the operator will engage the machine to begin peeling. Depending on the product, its size, and number of peeling heads (in the case of watermelons, there may be two cutting heads), will determine the cycle time and number of products peeled per minute. In-house testing gave a range of 2-4 per minute depending on size and variety product.
