The FP-40 is the next generation of our popular workhorse the FP-35. Featuring the same performance as the FP-35 the FP-40 is a step forward in compact centrifuges. Designed for drying many different types of food products the easily accessed controls allow the operator to select the right speed and cycle time for each product. The drying cycle begins once the lid has been closed and automatically opens once the cycle is completed leading to increased productivity. The compact footprint and stainless steel construction make the FP-40 the perfect spin dryer for commissaries, institutional kitchens, and food processing facilities. The FP-40 still pairs seamlessly with our various food washing equipment including our lines of Helical Wash Tanks, Basket Shower Wash, and Dip Tanks. The FP-40 is ideal for drying leafy products, vegetables, and various other dewatering applications.
The FP-40 spin dryer compliments our Helical Wash Systems, DT-35 dip tank, and Basket Shower Wash.

OPTIONS: Basket Carousel
The basket carousel is designed to facilitate loading of de-watered and washed produce from the Helical Wash Systems. Empty baskets are positioned in the basket carousel and the operator rotates the empty basket under the discharge of the Helical Wash exit conveyor. After it is filled, the next basket can be easily rotated in place. The full basket can then be transferred to the FP40 Spin Dryer.
