The F4000 is a medium output cam action cutter for fruits and vegetables perfect for work station environments. This system utilizes a double palm button system for cycling the machine that includes a light curtain for safety, allowing one person to easily load and operate the system.
The F4000 is the perfect compact cutting system for a
breadth of applications including:
- Tomatoes - slicing, 6 pieces per stroke
- Pineapples - peel/core, top/tail, wedge and chunks
- Cabbage - wedge, wedge/core
- Lettuce - wedge
- Apples - wedge/core, 4 per stroke
